The Ethel Duffy cocktail has a distinctly old school feel to it. It uses nothing but creme de menthe, apricot brandy and triple sec in equal parts. Simple, clean and elegant.

Ethel Duffy Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce white creme de menthe
- 3/4 ounce apricot brandy
- 3/4 ounce triple sec
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in all ingredients.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.
