The Green Demon cocktail is green in color and tastes like honeydew and lemon. It’s all about the melon flavor of the Midori cut with the tartness of lemon juice.

That said, you’ll also find some vodka and rum in this drink. Just in case you were thinking it might not have enough kick for you.

One ounce of each of those liquors, combined with the lower proof Midori, actually puts this drink on the slightly stronger side of standard.

But because it’s mixed with as much lemonade as you want, it’s not likely to knock you flat out. You can make it a nice long drink and enjoy it for a while.

This drink is perfect for a night out on the dance floor. If you request plenty of lemonade it will have some vitamin C and a lot of non-alcohol water content to keep you hydrated.

It’s a sweet drink, overall, but if you want to cut that sweetness, you can add some plain lemon juice. It won’t really change the flavor profile, but it will balance the sweet with more sour.

If you don’t have lemonade made, you can mix one part lemon juice with one part simple syrup and add that in place of it. It ends up tasting pretty much like lemonade.

This is a very simple drink that you can easily make in big batches. That makes it a nice choice for parties, since guests can serve themselves.

It’s also hard to find someone who won’t like the flavor of it. Even if you’re not a big Midori fan, this drink makes it taste very good.
