The 57 Chevy is perfect for a nostalgic time with old friends. It's sweet and highly drinkable, featuring peach and orange liqueurs, pineapple juice and non-threatening vodka.

Ingredients

• 1/2 ounce Vodka
• 1 1/2 ounces Southern Comfort
• 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
• 2 - 4 ounces Pineapple Juice

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the ingredients
3. Shake until chilled.
4. Strain into a cocktail or old-fashioned glass.
5. Top off with pineapple juice.
6. No garnish required, but an orange or pineapple wedge would work.
