Ground Zero

The Ground Zero cocktail has a strange combination of flavors. Peppermint and mocha mingle with whiskey for a taste that’s just plain hard to describe, and definitely not for everyone. It’s sort of smoky and minty and earthy.
This is a pure alcohol shot, and as such, can be chugged or savored. It’s nice for an evening out at a bar with friends. It’s also great for serving at a party – just warn people what they’re getting into, because it may be small, but it’s potent.
You can also easily make it into a bigger drink if you want – just up the amount of each ingredient (it’s always equal parts everything). You can also top it off with club soda to make it last a bit longer and add a nice little zing of carbonation.
