Halley’s Comfort

Halley’s Comfort is peach schnapps and peach liqueur combined with ice and club soda. Guess what it tastes like? Yep – peaches!

But that’s a great flavor. It predominates in beloved cocktails like Sex on the Beach. In fact, Halley’s Comfort makes a nice alternative to that drink.

And it’s so simple. No garnish, no nothing – just three ounces of two kinds of alcohol and some club soda to make it a nice long drink.

Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounces peach schnapps
• 1 1/2 ounces Southern Comfort
• 3 ounces club soda

Build the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.  Stir and serve.
