The Ninotchka is an interesting combination of flavors: chocolate with just a touch of lemon. The lemon is very light – it just cuts back the sweetness of the creme de cacao.
This drink is like a chocolate candy in a glass, but with a fascinating little something extra from the lemon. It’s nice as a dessert drink, but it’s light enough to enjoy anytime. This is a very fun drink for a night out because the flavor is so easygoing and yet interesting.
Recipe
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/4 ounces white creme de cacao
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the ingredients and shake well. Strain the mixture into a martini glass.
