Indian Summer

Like most drinks featuring amaretto and Kahlua, the Indian Summer cocktail is all about flavor. It’s served as a shot, but it’s definitely not one you need to chug.
The Indian Summer cocktail tastes like a black coffee with almond flavored syrup, only richer due to the more complex flavors of the Kahlua. It’s sweet enough to make a great dessert drink or nightcap. Enjoy one the next time you’re in the mood for something just a touch lighter than a B-52.

Recipe
- 2 parts amaretto
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part Kahlua
Fill a shot glass halfway with amaretto. Pour in equal parts of vodka and Kahlua for the rest. Drink it as a shot.
