Trinity Cocktail

The Trinity Cocktail is equal parts gin, dry vermouth and sweet vermouth. It might sound like a close relative to the gin martini, but it doesn’t taste much like one.
The flavor on this one is just a little bit sweet and citrus with strong herbal notes. It varies a little bit depending on the brands you use for each ingredient. A gin with a strong citrus flavor, like Hendrick’s, will be a bit less herbal.
Recipe
- 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- 3/4 ounce gin
Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Pour in the ingredients and stir.
