Hazel’s Wonder is a blended drink you could easily swap with dessert. Blended drinks combine some liquid ingredients with at least one solid, such as ice or fruit.

This one’s a little unusual in that it uses shelled hazelnuts as the solid ingredient. This gives the drink a unique nutty flavor that’s out of this world. It’s fantastic for parties.

Recipe

• 1 ounce Kahlua
• 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
• 2 ounces heavy cream
• 2 ounces of shelled hazelnuts

Drop everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a medium-sized goblet (or you can use a regular glass to add to the idea it’s a very grown-up milkshake).
