If you ever had one of those Orange Cappuccinos from those International Coffee powders in a tin, this is the really yummy and alcoholic version of it. And I’ll show you a special garnishing tip I like for this one (and lots of other cocktails like it).
The Xaviera is a sweet little number, featuring coffee and orange liqueurs with just a touch of almond. This is a great drink to serve or order right after a nice meal with friends.
You can skip garnish completely or just garnish with whipped cream, but I like to use whipped cream with top it with a few edible gold sugar pearls from the Wilton brand that I used, and they make several similar colors, which are gorgeous as garnishes on whipped cream.)
