The Club Honey cocktail is a very simple recipe that features Jack Honey and club soda. Very simple, but very tasty. If you’ve thought Jack Honey was too sweet for you, this is the drink you need to try.

Jack Honey is mildly sweet, with distinct honey notes. The club soda has a mild bitterness that you don’t really notice as a bitter flavor.

And that counters the sweetness in the Honey while also bringing out more of its wonderful flavors. Club soda also stretches the drink out to make it last longer. Plus, bubbles.

It tastes a lot like a honey flavored soda, but with those hints of corn and charred wood that you get with regular Jack Daniels whiskey. This is a great drink for summer outings because there’s no shaking or stirring – just pour the ingredients and stir.

It’s great for tailgating, camping and barbecues because of how simple it is to make and how easygoing the taste is.

This is also nice to enjoy at the end of a long day. You just get some crushed ice from the fridge, pour in twice as much club soda as Honey, stir a little, and drink.

It actually works well before dinner because it’s sweet enough to get your appetite going, but not enough to dull your taste buds before the meal. It’s also great in the evenings, a drink you can sip along on while you read or watch TV.
